Does the Boon highchair come with a warranty?
Yes. The Flair highchair is covered under a one year limited warranty. Read the warranty terms & conditions and register your highchair.
What are the age and/or weight limits for Flair?
The Flair highchair is meant for use to a maximum age of 4 years or up to 50 lbs.
Does the Flair highchair meet safety standards?
The Flair highchair has been tested according to the standards established by the American Society for Testing and Materials.
Can I download the assembly and care instructions?
Yes, please use the links to the left to download the Flair User Guide and other instructions.
Where do I find the model and manufacture date?
The model and manufacture date are printed on the label attached to the underside of the highchair base (sample label pictured below). You will need to gently tip your highchair over to locate this label. Please be sure to include the correct model and manufacture date when completing your warranty registration.

What are the dimensions of Flair?
The height adjustment range using the pneumatic lift is 5.25”. The seat height ranges from 21” to 26.25” and the tray height ranges from 26.25” – 31.5”. The height of the top of the seat back ranges from 37.25” to 42.5”. The diameter of the base is 23.5”.
What type of restraining system does Flair have?
The Flair highchair includes a 5-point harness and a crotch post. The harness is fully adjustable with two shoulder strap positions. The crotch post should NEVER be removed from the highchair.
Is Flair easy to clean?
Very easy! The foam seat pad and harness can both be removed for cleaning. The seat pad can be cleaned with household disinfectants, but it should not be placed in the dishwasher or washing machine. Flair comes with two tray liners that can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
What are the casters made from?
The casters are made from urethane, a soft rubber-like material which allows Flair to glide smoothly across floors. The casters can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.
How do I get replacement parts or make a warranty claim?
If you need replacement parts or if you have a warranty claim, please contact the Boon customer service department at 888-376-4763 or info@booninc.com. Your warranty registration must be on file before you make a warranty claim. If you have not yet registered your highchair, please register now.
Does the chair recline?
No, the seat does not recline.
Is the tray adjustable?
Yes, the tray is adjustable with two positions.
How much does the chair weigh?
When assembled, the Flair highchair weighs 28 lbs.
