Greetings from Dyersville.

February is over and we’re now into March. We just returned from the American International Toy Fair that’s held every February in New York City. Every year we setup a booth to showcase all of the new product we have coming out. Below is an image of one of our walls showing our John Deere product. During this show we meet with retailers to discuss what items they plan to sell for Christmas 2017.


At Toy Fair we were presented with an award from Toys R Us as their 2016 Vendor of the Year. Some of you might know that we are the master toy licensee for Pokémon. We were surprised and happy to be recognized for our work.

In addition to the Toys R Us award, we were also given our yearly award as being a contributor to the National FFA Foundation. Every time we sell a FFA branded tractor a portion of the proceeds goes to the National FFA Foundation. We’re proud to help this great organization with their goals. In fact, we’re planning to expand our offerings in 2017, including some new 1:64th scale offerings.


Lastly, the Toy Farmer announced their show tractors for 2017 which include a 1:16th scale Allis Chalmers D-21 and a 1:64th Allis Chalmers 440 tractor. 2017 marks the 40th Anniversary of the National Farm Toy Show and the Toy Farmer wanted to do something different to celebrate. These tractors will only be available through the Toy Farmer and our Ertl.com website. Look for additional announcements concerning our website within the next few months.
